本日のおつまみは①いつものスモークセット②チップス＆ベーコン③和風チキンカツ④セミドライアップル

和風チキンカツは鶏胸肉を竜田揚げと同じ醤油ベースのタレに漬け込んで揚げたもの。実は「こういうの美味しいんじゃない？」と夫のアイデアで定番化したメニューで、山葵マヨが合うんだよねー
